Hubby's Xmas List...

Hey guys, it's Case. I'm doing a little guest appearance on StelloStyle today to share with you my Xmas list.

I like shoes, jeans, hoodies, hats and bags… and cool music stuff for workouts or just to have when I’m at work or hanging out. Christmas gift buying for your man really isn’t all that complicated. Know what he likes and then get stuff that goes with that…Even if he already has something, upgrade him to something fresh. So instead telling you what I think your man might like, I just took my xmas list and expanded on it…

1. Shoes - yes, shoes were on the list last year, and they’ve just gotten cooler. Adidas Ultraboost, NMD’s, EQT and Iniki’s. All fall in the category of the hottest shoes you can buy right now and all aren’t too terribly expensive as far as popular shoes go.

Ultraboosts are my first choice - they are by far the most comfortable and the most popular of the 4.

Iniki’s - I have a navy pair that fall in my category of daily wearer and I get asked about them at least once a week. They are extremely comfortable, clean, stylish, and the classically timeless adidas boost. Adidas just re-released this off white, blue with a red sole... These are maybe my favorite shoe I wished I would have gotten but it got released so I'm in luck!

NMD - The best workout shoe of the bunch. They are a little wider than the other 3, which also seems to give the the most stability. I’ve worked out in the ultra boost, iniki’s, and the NMD rx 1 and NMD r1, and by far the rx1 is the best workout shoe to date. It gives a great base for all lifts, including leg day, grips any surface I need it to when working calfs, and is light weight enough to run, jump, etc… on any cardio days as well.

EQT Boost 93/17 - the least popular of the group, however they have an all black version that just dropped on Black Friday. I do not have a pair of these at this point…which is why they are on the list.

2. Hoodies - I wear a hoodie almost every day. Why? Because I like them, and they are comfortable.

Alternative - This is the most comfortable hoodie I’ve ever put on. It’s definitely a colder weather hoodie because it’s a little thicker. This particular one comes in multiple colors, 3 of which fall in the neutral tones so can go with most anything.

Adidas original hoodie. Yes Adidas again! They are just that good right now. This one is not a zip up like the Alternative, which I always like to have options with my hoodies and the original logo on the front is in right now for anyone who wears the athleisure look.

3. Joggers - Joggers can come in the form of sweats, jeans, or a chino like pant. I’m asking for some moto joggers to wear on date nights and any time I get the opportunity to speak to students. Occasionally I am ok with dropping a decent chunk of money on a pair of jeans because I know they will last 5-10 years and I only keep 1 or 2 pairs of really nice current jeans in my closet.

4. Hats - I wear a lot of hats. I wear fitted hats, snap backs and beanies daily and I usually just rotate 3 hats at a time that I wear for work, date nights, working out, and coaching. Once a hat makes it’s way into the workout arena then it typically stops being a date night hat, so I usually pick up one hat a year. Hat’s are hard for me to find that fit right, so when I do find one that fits I typically buy it.

I like to keep most of my hats in the neutral tones as well, so I typically get a dark gray, dark navy or black… that way I can wear them with most anything I have on. I do the same thing with my beanies because I will wear them with my dressier clothes as well for date nights or events we go to.

5. Bags - I’m a huge fan of bags. I carry a work bag, a gym bag, a travel bag, a sports bag… If I’ve had one consistent thing that Riane has got me throughout the years over and over again it’s fresh bag. Hershel has been doing some great work with affordable bags for both travel and work. My travel bag is from Hershel as well as my work/camera bag and both are great bags that are stylish and extremely functional.

Shopping for your man shouldn't be difficult. Know or find out what he likes and get that. If he's like me, then any of these are great options...
